BECOME A VENDOR
Curtin Farms Fest is a gathering hosted on our 100-year-old farm for those who appreciate quality, hand-crafted and unique treasures. We are excited to host Curtin Farms Fest again this year. The positive response has been overwhelming from visitors and vendors alike. We are anticipating more vendors and visitors this year.
We invite you to spend the day with us to show off and sell your artistry while our visitors shop, eat, and meander around the farm. To learn more about our farm, visit our Facebook page or do some more exploring on this website, where you can read what visitors have said about us, see our grounds, and become familiar with the environment we will provide for this event.
We are excited that you are interested in being a part of Curtin Farms Fest- whether you are a returning vendor or joining us for the first time. Please complete the application below and provide either a social media account that contains pictures of your products or submit at least three photos of the items you’d like to sell to firstname.lastname@example.org. Because the look and spirit of our event hinges on good booth set-up, the photos should also reflect the style of your potential booth set-up.

WHAT YOU PROVIDE
You will need to provide everything needed to display your goods (tables, tents, signs, tablecloths, etc.)
We will contact you once you have been selected as a vendor. Once you get your acceptance, you must send us your payment and the signed documents within 10 days. Your reservation is not secure until we have full payment and all signed documents.
If your business relies on electronic payment methods (square ect.) keep in mind we are on a rural farm and signal can be very weak. We would advise that you either bring a personal hotspot or use another method of payment.
No smoking or pets will be allowed on the farm.
Payment is non-refundable.
This is a working farm. Please be careful. We want to provide a safe venue for everyone.
All tables must be covered. Tables “hiding” empty boxes, supplies and extra merchandise must have table cloths that will hide these items.
Make sure you have your business license on hand. If you need a one day license, please refer to dor.sc.gov or call 803-898-5000.
Note that SC requires you to charge sales tax.
Remember, Curtin Farms Fest is a Rain or Shine Event. Be prepared in case of inclement weather. No refunds due to inclement weather.
